The lion was awakened from his sleep by a mouse that ran across his face.
He stood up angrily, caught him, and was about to kill him
when the mouse pitifully
He pleaded: “As long as you spare my life,
I will repay your kindness.” The lion smiled and let him go.
Soon after, the lion was caught by hunters,
who tied him to the ground with a strong rope.
The mouse recognized his roar,
He came up, seized the rope with his teeth, and freed him,
saying loudly: “You laugh at the idea that I could ever help you; you did not think that I could help you.”
Accept my favor to you in return, but now you know that even a mouse may do good to a lion. “
This is the story I want to share.
